We had a memorable stay with plenty of enjoyable activities for the kids, but our experience was slightly marred by a few hiccups. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for family gatherings. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues that should be addressed and dealt with a frustrating check-in situation. The location, while close to attractions, wasn't ideal for us, but the water park was a major hit with the kids.

The resort is right off the main drag in Sevierville, making it a fantastic spot for our family vacation. The kids absolutely loved the water parks and arcade. However, my experience at the timeshare presentation was quite a downside, with high-pressure sales tactics that lingered much longer than promised. Overall, while the rooms and amenities were enjoyable, the sales pitch really took away from the experience.
